Operating at the science policy interface, Naima Lipka currently works on climate change adaptation at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research.
She first came in touch with collective intelligence through her work at the former Collective Intelligence Unit at Copenhagen Business School, supporting a participatory governance project in Denmark. Since then, she has been working towards integrating collective intelligence thinking in her work on evidence-based policy-making with a focus on marginalized groups, intersectionality and feminist approaches.
Before joining PIK, Naima was employed at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), where she advised the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) on climate change adaptation, with a focus on nature-based solutions and feminist development policy.
