Ashish Goel is a Professor of MS&E and (by courtesy CS) at Stanford University. Research areas include computer algorithms, social networks, social choice, and market design. He has led the development of the Stanford Participatory Budgeting Platform and the Stanford Online Deliberation Platform. He serves as a technical advisor to Coinbase, and served as a technical advisor and research fellow at Twitter from 2009-2014.
